Location: Boston, MA Summary: POSITION TITLE: Lead Organizer Job Description: Previous experience with a healthcare institution, as a Union Organizer, Delegate, or Activist preferred. Ability to work with people, from diverse backgrounds and cultures; Demonstrated leadership skills; Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage time and priorities; Demonstrated ability to communicate and lead staff in a way that develops skills and supports team work; Good computer skills; Willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends; Good listener; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Must possess a valid driver’s license.
